This policy describes the processing of your personal data by FUNDACIÓN MOP - THE MOP FOUNDATION through the website (the "Site").

  • To manage our day-to-day services in connection with your registration, participation in our contests, sweepstakes, promotional activities, activities or privileges;

The Foundation will share your personal data:

  • With the organization that provides services related to the with the organization and holding of the exhibition Helmut Newton Fact & Fiction to the Foundation, in order to properly process and control the proper development and execution of the scheduled guided tours.

  • With IT service providers, who will process them for the purpose of providing IT support services.

Notwithstanding the above, the Foundation will not transfer your data to countries outside the European Union.
